The correct application of intumescent paint is critical to its efficacy in the event of a fire. PROFINISH Coatings is an applicator of all leading fire protection products that can achieve the Fire Resistance Levels (FRLs) required to meet building code compliance. We exclusively use finishes and formulas from Australia’s most trusted suppliers of intumescent paints.

From Waterborne to Solvent-Based

PROFINISH Coatings is a certified applicator of Promat’s Cafco SPRAYFILM® WB3. This intumescent product with low odour has a water-based formulation that may be considered safer for internal environments than solvent-based paints. It is low VOC and offers up to 120 minutes of fire protection. Nullifire, a leading solvent-based intumescent application offers speed of installation and durability for external conditions. There are a range of high impact topcoat colours available.
